Exercise is one of the best ways you can combat stress levels and release feel good hormones. Pets are an awesome way of encouraging you to up your daily steps and drag you out of bed in the morning.
Exercising for as little as 30 minutes everyday will help feel good hormones shine through, not only will you feel happier and more relaxed, you will feel fitter too.

Human beings need social interaction, we are wired to communicate and feel a connection with others. Pets can offer the connection we crave; interacting with our pets can boost our cognitive function as well as make us feel less lonely.
